A Vocalist/Multi-instrumentalist/Producer with a penchant for eclecticism, Sarah Marine’s creative and catchy songwriting style has been described as a refreshing blend of ‘Indie Glam Folk’ and ‘Funky Jazz Pop’.

With harmonically interesting originals and a unique guitar style that weaves melodic finger picking with percussive strumming, Sarah is quickly building a name for her indie creations and mesmerising performances on vocals, guitar & piano:

“(Sarah’s) song structures are lead by her cheeky personality and absolute originality. Melodically bold, quirky and imaginative, with a stage presence that presumes rapport like there was only ever you in the room” – Tom Lee-Richards

Having performed with her band on the main stage of Tastings on Hastings Festival, supported Claude Hay and recorded her originals with musicians such as Matt Smith (Thirsty Merc, Pete Murray), Sarah has been producing her own music, releasing songs, performing and touring like there’s no tomorrow.

In between singing with her natural Aussie accent, Sarah jokes around with audiences while sharing the meaning behind her poetic lyrics, which dive into deep ideas with a playful sense of humour.

Following the success of her ‘Stroke of Midnight’ EP and‘Go Away’ single release tour in 2018, Sarah’s debut music video was officially launched with an East-Coast tour in 2019:

“On her new single ‘Swims and Shows’, Sydney-based singer-songwriter Sarah Marine presents a lush, sweeping slice of folk-pop brilliance… she continues to establish herself as one of Aussie music’s most exciting emerging voices” – Happy Mag
